How does the booking process work?

All CareSend bookings are initiated by submitting a medical order to us (such as a lab requisition form or prescription). This can be done by either the you or your patient, and works in multiple ways such as uploading the document on our website, faxing or emailing it to us. We will then work with the patient to arrange scheduling, and help coordinate the entire process to run smoothly.
