Why don't I receive notifications?

Ensure your email was entered accurately. You can re-send the verification email to a different address, just click on ‘change email’ on the CareSend verification screen.

Otherwise, check your spam, junk, and/or clutter folders for CareSend messages.

Check your phone number in your user settings. Make sure that your phone number is correct and you have a US (+1) phone number in order to receive text messages.
